About Me

I am Natasha E Walter-Fisk

I’m anti-racist.

People say I’m really good at what I do. I’m a mature therapist with a decade of experience. I’m warm and caring and at the same time, cut to the heart of things.
My specialties are helping people deal with anxiety, relationship problems and little t and big T traumas such as high expectations, painful experiences, like being “too” sensitive, being yelled at, growing up in a family that didn’t see and value them, bad break-ups, rape, physical, sexual and psychological abuse, bullying, insults and discrimination.

My methods include Trauma Reprocessing / Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR); Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction techniques; Internal Family Systems; Inner Child work; a variety of relationship therapies including Psychobiological Approach to Therapy (PACT), Gottman, adult and childhood attachment theories; strengths-based, solution focused therapy; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); and a somatic approach. You can read more about healing trauma in Issues

I’m especially sensitive to intercultural differences and family culture. I’ve lived in England, Italy and Poland, for two years each at different stages of my life, plus Mexico, 5 states in the US and speak intermediate Spanish, Italian and French. I’ve worked with people in all kinds of professions, with every level of education and love the variety.
